Ski rack/load bars. C70

I am looking to add a ski rack/load bars to the roof of my C70. Does anyone have any experience with this winter item? If so, what are the four (4) threaded holes used for in the rubber roof strips? Would this be where a ski rack/load bars attach to? Also, is there anything available,ie. boot, sock, for the trunk pass through for skis?
