Replace rotors at 20K...............but WHY? V70-XC70 2001

If they're warped, every Volvo dealer I've ever worked for would warranty them as long as the car's still under warranty, not just the 1yr/12K adjustment period. Warped rotors are covered by Volvo.....PERIOD!

Now, if the customer drove with pads grinding into the rotors thus damaging them then they're not covered, even at 20K miles.
