Reading the posts here it seems that several people recommend
replacing the thermostat at the 70K service. Apparently, a
lot of them fail around that time. I'd replace the sensor as
long as you are in there. This page has step-by-step for
thermostat and sensor:

And if it is on Bay 13, the above link, pretty good bet it is
a common procedure.
