Washer Fluid is Weak / Nonexistant 850 1997

I just saw the post from another Brick Board participant on the second page. OK-- so I spaced out there for a minute. I guess I do have another question though.... Can the rear wiper washer have the same problem? I.E. is there yet another place it can become clogged? Because now my rear wiper doesn't work either. I have not changed or screwed around with the hoses yet for the headlights or the front wipers.
