Get another opinion

I have yet to replace an ECU for any reason other than the false knock sensor code problem on '94 turbo 850s.
I'd have a dealer look at it. The O2s can give a false reading IF you have a small vacuum leak, so there's sometimes other, not so obvious reasons why O2 sensor codes might exist.

As for the oil, ALL turbo engines have oil inside the intercooler hoses, it's normal, even with a new car.

Don't have anyone unfamiliar with Volvos TRY diagnosing ANYTHING on your Volvo. You'll get burned.
