Spring compressor is all you need .. I just do mine wiht a friend hepl last month it take about 1.5 hours.. give yourself 3 hours first time it is very simple .. but you realy need to compress the hell out the spring... realy cranking it..

GO to krange they rent it to your.. $5 max.. local shop let me used it for free ..
