The dealer replaced both sensors, since they said that they could not guarantee resolving the problem replacing just one. The two parts were #9202719 @ $190 and #9292720 @ $192. The labor was 2.5 hours @ $70 and hour = $175. So the total bill was $570. Now if I had known for sure what the problem was, I'm sure I could have taken care of it. But I don't have the equipment for diagnosis like they do. I used to do all my mechanic work years ago, when it was a simple gas engine with carburetor, points and plugs. Nowadays, unless you have lots of time to tinker with your car and replace things on a trial and error basis, you're kind of stuck with going to a mechanic. Now next time around, I'd be better prepared, since I now have the part numbers that corrected it this time.
