Replacement procedure for rear strut/shock V70-XC70 2012

I just did this last month to my 2012 Volvo XC70 T6. I opted for Bilstein Shocks as I was able to get a much better price for the two of them compared to Volvo units and a much better warranty. I had the originals still on the car and they had 172K miles on them and were totally dead!

Next project for me on the car is the Front wheel hubs assemblies as they are making noise and then I'm taking the back of the car apart to upgrade bulbs to LED units and wire up for my Trailer hitch unit.

I just bought this car last October as a replacement for the 2008 that was totaled from hitting a deer jumping out onto the highway at night. The car had 130K when I bought it.

I have converted all the fluids to Amsoil and now the car is averaging 27.3 mpg.

If you want to learn more on this contact me back. (see link below)
