Unburned gasoline gums up spark plugs, not engine oil. And oil has no pathway to the spark plugs, unless your rings are totally shot - and Volvo makes very good blocks and rings.
Remember, gasoline is an oil derivative and if you cook gasoline long enough it will leave a deposit that looks like caked oil. Also, if there was liquid oil at the bottom of the spark plug hole, it will coat the threads of the spark plug while you are removing the plug.
Have you tried clearing all of the codes and seeing which ones come back immediately?
