You did a lot of work. I wonder if you have a large unmetered air leak. Check the hose connections between the throttle body and the air filter. For a turbo, check the hose from the filter to the turbo, check the intercooler connections, etc.

Is the air filter up side down, LOL. Or a nest in the bottom of the air filter?

Don't blame the gasoline, my car sits for 6 months at a time with no problems.
