Ocupant Weight Sensor S60 2007

Hello, I have a 2007 S60 2.5T AWD. The car was in an accident.
Hit a deer. Steering wheel bag blew. All three rear seat belt tensioners blew. Driver's seat belt tensioner blew.
All said components have been replaced, SRS module was reset, and all relative codes cleared and stayed gone.
Two SRS codes remain, however, and they return immediately after being cleared by a $6000 Snap On scanner.
0259 and 0261 - OCCUPANT WEIGHT SENSOR SIGNAL MISSING OR DISABLED
Please be patient here, as I am well aware that there are numerous other posts regarding these exact codes. My following questions are very specific and have not been answered in any post I have found. Let me clarify that all connections have been checked and there are no kinks in any hoses or harnesses.
I disconnected the battery before I did any troubleshooting. Using an external 5 volt power supply, I connected my voltmeter to the seat bladder pressure transducer (+5v, GND and signal). Without anything on the seat I read 4.19 VDC, with 40 pounds, I read 3.35 VDC and with 80 pounds, I read 2.83 VDC. Are these readings within the permissive range?
Question One: Even though no front passenger side airbag was deployed, is it possible that the small black OWS module (part number 30767440) located under the seat was affected and therefore needs to be replaced or reset? The sensors pertaining to that seat are the 2-wire inboard belt sensor, 3-wire outboard belt sensor, bladder pressure transducer
and module 30767440.
Question Two: If the answer to Question One is YES, then will replacing that module, calibrating the OWS and clearing the two codes ( 0259 + 0261) take care of my problem?
Of course any and all suggestions and advice will be appreciated.
I have opened the seat and checked for leaks or puddles of silicone and none could be found. I disconnected the battery and used a seperate 5 Volt power supply (actyal voltage was 5.19 volts) to provide power and ground to the air bladder pressure transducer (the sensor that is connected to the bladder hose filled with silicone. Using my voltmeter, I read 4.19 volts with an empty seat, 3.35 volts with 40 pounds and 2.83 with 80 pounds on the seat. So, there is a change in value in volts based on different weights being placed on the seat.
An Autel MaxiSys Pro unit was used to come up with codes 0259 & 0261. Recalibration was tried and the message on the Autel said faults cleared however the SRS lights remained on. The Autel tool did not ask for the V.I.N, perhaps that is the difference between The Autel tool and VIDA (I don't know what VIDA stands for.)I suppose it is Volvo's proprietary diagnostic tool. Has anyone used a scanner that will reset the Volvo codes? I hear that Snap-on makes some high end diagnostic units.Thanks for all of the suggestions. Perhaps it is time for me to go to the dealer and be prepared to drop a pile of cash.
re that a "mild deployment" of the passenger bag happens when the weight on the seat is 60 pounds or less. Should the seat be empty or have something weighing greater than 60 pounds
While I was cutting grass, it occured to me that I have not asked what is the correct calibration procedure for the OWS. I read somewhere that a "mild deployment" of the passenger bag happens when the weight on the seat is 60 pounds or less. Should the seat be empty or have something weighing greater than 60 pounds on it? Has anyone had success clearing these codes with a tool other than the Volvo proprietary equipment and if yes, what was the tool?
