no start S60 2003

The engine will start without a MAF.
TB cleaner evaporates rapidly, so probably not that.
I don't understand how you could swap #4 and #5 coils, the wires shouldn't go from #5 all the way to #4.

Pull the plug from the throttle body and make sure it is seated properly. It is a finicky beast.

The headlights turned on? Really strange while the starter is engaged and there is no power to the lights during engine start.
