Does anyone know where I can obtain an engine block heater that plugs into the cigarette lighter? 850 1996

There's a part number that appears to be discontinued, but might still be find-able or similar.
Also There's lots of Google hits on cold start
Also There's that aluminum tube that connects airbox to exhaust manifold, and the airbox valve fails. I had disconnected mine, but it's there's for cold starting.
