Top engine mount worn??? V70-XC70 2000

I was under the hood of the V70 today and noticed that top engine mount can slightly slide side to side. Is this normal or should the bushing be tight in it's space? If it is time to replace it, is there a better alternative to stock?

Also, a couple of the tangs broke off the coil connectors while I was changing the coils today. Can I assume the connectors will stay it or do I need to replace these connectors somehow?
