Bearing noise

If you spun all of the driven devices and didn't detect any vibration, there is always the idler. A 'wobbly' PS pulley is also a no-no and is probably the source. Putting tension on the belt will put a lot of pull on the PS pulley and that could make the noise.

Using a stethoscope requires a keen ear. Place it on the PS pulley center and follow that with different pulley and back again. It might only be a decibel or two different.
