Replaced PCV, no vacuum 850 1995

Well, all new PCV hoses and separator box. Cleaned out the bottom hole in the block which was 75% blocked. The old small hose by cyl #1 was blocked. I also cleaned out the throttle body and the #$%^& EGR hole.

I ran the car around the block to warm it up and test the turbo (full boost), came home and did the glove test: full glove on restart!!!

So, where do I go from here? Without manifold vacuum, the engine will run rich all of the time.
