Re-aligning steering wheel after wheel alignment changes S80 2000

Had our S80's wheel alignment checked, then adjusted a bit. Now the steering wheel is turned a bit left to go straight down the road. Local Volvo shop person says this can't be corrected. Surely, it can be.

If anybody knows what the scoop is, please post.
