Works better for me in all situations so far. I will try tomorrow at highway speed. The old style nozzles weren't so great at any speed in comparison to the new ones. And I can vouch for my check valve being ok. I did not get a weak spray I just got a poorly aimed and poorly concentrated spray. Also, I think to deal with the high speed issue you bring up, the fan spray is aimed ever so slightly higher than necessary (at stop/low speed). At first I was irritated, but now that you mentioned high speed situation, I think I understand. Will let you know tomorrow when I get to work. I usually get to get up to tripple digits for at least a little while on the way to work :))
