Using one of the top two grades of gasoline usually helps the best. 'Regular' doesn't have as many cleaners as the higher octane grades.

Sending the 5 injectors to a shop for professional cleaning is the best thing, but that usually takes a week turn around while the car is not drivable. Unless you have access to a pick&pull and remove the injectors and have them cleaned and calibrated...
