P-brake Adjustment C70 2000

OK - So while I have to give the dummies at the local dealership some credit for replacing the rear brake rotors for the 2nd time, I had to bring it back yet again to have the p-brake adjusted because we couldn't even pull it enough to get 1 click.

I asked a Sr. Tech. what the spec. was or at least how many "clicks" I should get. He didn't know a spec., but said 3-7 is normal. Now, after the adjustment I get just 2 clicks, but I've been tired of seeing them so I've waited a few months and haven't brought it back again - I seek your advice.

While I'm not observing brake drag, are my rear brakes in any danger of dragging or causing long-term ill effects with barely getting 2 "clicks?"
