Bill,

Thank you for your reply. So the display panel that shows the radio station number is illuminated by an ordinary bulb that can be replaced?

I have replaced other bulbs just like you described that illuminate the face plate of the radio.

I don't recall if the bulbs I obtained from Radio Shack are 12 volt or 14 volt. If they are 12 volt, I'll look for 14 volt.
