chassis just doesnt feel as firm as it used to and I've done all the usual obligatory bushings. Struts/shocks are only a few yrs old. If you read ipd's sales pitch, it looks like these pretty blue silicone inserts are the elixir of life, but I am always a skeptic till I talk to a unbiased user.
