O2 sensor: heated or not on 1994 850 1994

I am in the market for a new Bosch universal front O2 sensor, It is helpful to know if 850 of 1994 uses 2 or 4 wire sensor. My ECU doesn't show the problem but my car is 94 and has 64000 miles and rough idles.

Your advice on a place to buy Bosch universal sensor is also very appreciated.
