Grom audio V50

Anybody fussing with the Grom Audio unit ? I installed one in my 2006 v50, most of the time it works well , streaming music , but phone calls are a bit of a fuss , having to get phone out to select audio source etc.. Can't find much support or info online, is it just this way or what ?
