Hello, when i was trying to find out whether my '94 T5 had keyless entry fitted (it doesn't) i discovered that there are 2 different part numbers and BOTH have the 2 buttons-top + bottom. They are identical in appearance, the ones with the side by side buttons are originals and are no longer produced. I know this because i borrowed both from my local dealer to try, i also discovered that the dealers don't know one from t'other either.

I am in the UK so it might not apply in US or Canada.
