front knock senser fault code 850 1994

MY NEW CHECK ENGINE CODE IS 143, FRONT KNOCK SENSOR SIGNAL ABSENT OR FAULTY. MY HAYNES MANUAL HAS NOTHING ABOUT IT THAT I CAN FIND. WHERE IS IT, CAN IT BE CLEANED, IS THIS A DEALER THING? I HAVE RESET THE LIGHT THREE TIMES AND IT COMES RIGHT BACK ON. I JUST INSTALLED A FRONT HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR A WEEK A GO, IS THIS,RELATED? THANKS FOR ANY HELP..JACK KANE
