au contraire KC! absolutely postively NOT TRUE. I had a fellow BB'er who lives in my area, reset my SRS last year with a little blackbox he bought on internet from overseas. He can't remember who the vendor is, and didnt save any paperwork, alas. So, it is merely urban legend that my dealer is sole source for an SRS reset. I KNOW that there are others out there who've bought this holy grail of blackboxes, I just wish one of them would post....
