The 411 and 414 are blower related, so I suggest fixing/replacing that first as it is easy to do after removing the glove box and kick panel. The 414 is for the temp sensor in the intake, but just that no air is being drawn past it - I think.
The other damper errors will take considerable more work, as they are hard to get to and need to fixed all at the same time. These errors are NOT dead motors, but dampers out of position.
My 1996 had all 4 dampers giving codes! It wasn't resolved until I took them all off, took the motor apart to position the gears at the center of movement, and put the motor back on the console with the damper in the middle position. A real chore, as then I was finally able to run the reset program (444,999).
Check the defrost damper on the passenger side and make sure the plastic shaft is not cracked. That one tends to do that.
