auto trans fluid change S80 99

Lacking a manual and too cheap to shell out 100's of $ for one, I am hoping someone could advise me on how to change the fluid/filter on my auto trans. in an S80-T6. What trans do I have, what type of fluid is best (Dextron III?), how much does it hold? I've done this lots of times on other vehicles (always had a manual) so I am familiar with the steps for this procedure. TIA
