Jari,

It's the "turbo pressure control" or the "turbo valve" I've seen it called by different names. It is located at the turbocharger. It is connected to one or more of the three color coded lines (red, yellow, white). My Haynes manual doesn't give it much mention.

I just found my service invoice from last year and the unit was replaced on 4-21-00, and has a 12 month warranty!!! So, I'll go see them, again.
