initial rough idle 850 1994

94' 850 - which starts quick - but has a rough idle for about 10 seconds and then idles normally. Replaced plugs with the 3prong from volvo - the car has about 70000. I put on new timing belt and serpentine belt. Could it be rotor and dist. cap or does anyone think it could be the throttle body ?
