Check Engine Light.....Again 850 95

I had the TCU replaced on my car which fixed the surging and tranny slipping. Problem is not the check engine light does not go out.. it has been on for over a month now. Codes are all normal ie. 1-1-1 in all areas. mechanic finds nothing wrong. any suggestions to fix or have any of you experienced this with your cars..... question 2: seems my throttle is sticking a little when i push down on the gas pedal. anyway to fix this problem? your help on these two issues is greatly appreciated.
