Super rusty brakes S80 1999

I parked my S80 at the airport for a week outside in the 3 foot NH snowstorm, and when I got back, all four rotors were a bright orange rust color that I have never seen a car's rotors have before. Having ugly brakes doesn't bother me as much as that when I drove off, braking made the car shudder, like, a LOT. I checked it out, and it looks like brake dust (or some such material) was building up on the leading edge of brake pad. Plus the rotors seems like they are kind of bumpy, with areas of rust-metal combo stuff on it.

All four rotors and pads have less than 10000 miles on them, and I do drive really aggressively (traction control comes on all the time with me), so maybe this is not totally unreasonable, but I'm wondering if it is from special conditions, not hard driving, that is doing this. What can I do short of bringing it in? Are there good chemicals that will eat the dust? Should I use a Brillo pad (plastic) or some metal wool to chew off the brake pads? Am I just screwed, and the dealership will just tell me to put new rotors and pads on?
