Rick -

I just had a similar accident in my 1994 850. Both cars were total losses. My insurance company says it was 100% the other driver's fault, because he was turning left and a sign was posted reading "left turn yield on green." They are pursuing his insurance company so that I don't have to deal with it.

I hope you weren't hurt. My 4-year-old and I walked away without injury. (I like to say I crash-tested a Volvo, and it did extremely feel.) Good luck.
