Anyone use IPD's Magnetic Drain Plug ? 850 1995

Since were on the subject of oil changes and such - anyone use the magnetic drain plug offered by IPD ?

Would a magnetic drain plug really do any good? Seems a good idea - attracting metallic particles and such.

Any opinions here?

Oh Yeah- Nils Sefeld Volvo in Houston CHARGES a hefty $1.75 for a flimsy aluminum drain plug washer. It's amazing how short sighted these guys are. You can bet I won't be buying many more parts from these "guys".

Next time I'll go to Volvopart.com and get a dozen at $0.50 each.
