As mentioned here, they did exactly what you paid them to do and it's written on the inspection sheet too. 30PSI is correct (most guages are off by a pound or two, yours or his) and cleaning, lubing the antenna is also part of the service as well. We use penetrating oil like WD-40 (suggested by Volvo too BTW, NOT silicon spray or engine oil).

IMHO, I think you're nitpicking as you think that this is a place where people can come and complain about dealerships in general. Keep in mind that some of us here work in dealerships and we try to do our jobs maintaining/repairing your cars as best possible, doing our jobs as required.

From now on, if you want your tires over-inflated and your antenna left alone (etc, etc), be sure to have the service writer type all that out so that the technician will ignore those items in the future.
