That could be. I had replaced them a few years ago, yet I felt they were inferior to the originals. Your theory makes sense as the brakes sometimes make noise also on warmer days. A dry squeal as if to say the discs are heating up due to the wheel bearings getting hot. Moving the discs side to side did not eliminate 'that' noise.

Time to dig deeper. Thanks for the feedback.
