Coolant/radiator hose clamps S70 1998

Just checked out under the hood before attempting to change out all of my coolant hoses and noticed most of them have a funny shaped clamp that I have not seen before. They are "bow-tie" shaped at one side with no apparent tightening screw. Are these clamps from the dealer? (i.e. O.E. Volvo clamps)

I am not even sure how to remove them. Any help?
