As for the fog lights, see if there's 12v at the bulb socket and examine the base area. Unfortunately those socket bases often melt and distort from the heat if they're used often. On the older 850s, they even fall off the back of the housing because it gets too hot and melts or blows apart. If yours is that bad, you'll need a new assembly.
