Start cutting. You might find another bolt at a hardware store. Take the worthless 'round' threaded part with you for sizing and remember the length of the bolt.

When mine did that, I used Liquid Nails to glue the dumb round thing back in place - wait 24hrs to set really good. Only tighten the bolt to just under snug, allow the other two to hold the assembly in place.

Do NOT touch the reflector material. With anything.
