When driving the blower doesn't blow very hard (motor control on manual, not auto). When I apply the brakes and slow down it blows much harder. Sometime when first starting the car, the blower won't work at all and after several minutes it starts working as above. There's no evidence of a fault in the climate control ECU (lights flashing,etc)
