I'd worry that the "OOPS" might be hard on your clearcoat. I've had good luck putting a hot wet washcloth on the paint spot, then pushing the paint off with the round edge of a plastic spoon (I used ones from Ikea with a thick rounded edge-- wash carefully before returning it to the child!).
