After you start your car and it has been running for about 17 minutes the engine computer will tell the EVAP valve to open to allow the hoses attached to your charcoal canister to suck the fuel vapors into the intake manifold. When the computer starts this action if no change is noted in the Idle Air Contol (motor) IAC, or the short term fuel trim, then the 315 code is set. If everything was working correctly then you should have a slightly richer air mixture and the IAC and short term fuel trim would attempt to compensate. Could be caused by a bad EVAP valve (open or shut)(most common), bad hoses, or clogged canister.
