ETM is probably the cause. The throttle position switch seldom fails in these cars. If you have a code reader try to clear the code before you start the engine and see if it runs better for a bit.

If your ETM has a yellow tag on it it is a newer one. The dealer will charge you a fortune for a replacement, www.xemodex.com charges about $500+.
