Radio code 850 1994

Well, it was inevitable. . . Over the Christmas holiday my wife and I were traveling down south to visit family when our battery decided it was time to retire. To make a long story short, I need to get the radio code from the big man. My question, who is the big man and how much is he going to charge me to give me my radio code?
