If I were you I'd be looking for a t5 or R (s70 or 850), because the "smaller" engine will hold more boost. I wouldn't run the 2.4 above 12 if it were mine. Don't quote me, but IIRC the glt runs 13:1 compression ratio while the turbo is only 9.8:1. That's a pretty big difference.
