Well the car has been back on the road for about 2 months... Found a subframe from a local yard for $250, new mounts, yard bought radiator, fan and shroud, welded the oil pan, new fluids
and a half shaft (boot was torn for about a year, figured to get it fixed).

I'm Happy!
