1999 S80 reliability

Can anyone display a list of problems associated with the 1999 S80. I am considering trading my 2000 S70 for a 1999 S80. Previously on this forum I was told that the S80 had a miriad of problems. Are they just small nusance problems that can be fixed under warranty? I can't believe Volvo changed the model so drastically between '99 and to '00, so as to keep away from the '99 S80. Thanks for your help!
