Vibration at Idle

Has anyone solved the mysterious vibration at idle issue that has plagued some of us? My car idles at 600-650rpm which seems low. (2004 S80 AWD, 38k on the dial)Motor mounts are not the issue. I heard someone mention a map sensor. Has anyone had success replacing it? The vibration is very annoying although I don't think it decreases performance....just irritating.
