Need opinion on Self adjusting Clutches S70 1998

Have had other posts. Did some research and viewed youtube installations of sac clutches.

Clutch was replaced by mechanic.
The issue I am now having is little resistance on clutch pedal. No air in lines and no leaks.

If the mechanic did not use the special compression tool for the self adjusting clutches. I am not sure if he has one. If he didn't would this cause the issue with the clutch pedal?

Any feedback appreciated
